How do I return a product?

Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If the product has no issues when returning (i.e. wrong product sent/damaged product), the shipping fee/s are non-refundable.

If we are replacing your products, we will issue a return sticker from Australia Post that you can use to return the products for free.

Please be advised that it will take 5-7 business days for your return to be processed after being returned to us.
