My Order is Delayed, what can we do?

Australia Post may have some issues with delivery.

This does not happen often, but if your parcel is delayed, it may be due to the following reasons:

  1. Bushfire Impact on delivery routes and logistics
  2. Delay with processing of parcel
  3. Parcel being lost in transit

For reason 1, bushfires affect deliveries greatly as deliveries get re-routed or delayed until further notice (see bushfire activity update HERE.)

For reason 2, we can check with Australia Post to lodge an investigation with the parcel if the delay is too long without any update.

For reason 3, in case the parcel is lost by Australia Post, as our valued customer, you have the option to have the order re-sent or refunded. :)
